Your wedding day is one of the most memorable events in your life. In our February 2010 issue, we’ll publish our “River Region Brides of 2009.” Through this special section, you can share your big day with our readers.

Your unique wedding story will be told through an elegant and sophisticated design incorporating your beautiful photographs and all the details of your ceremony to make a keepsake you’ll truly cherish forever.

Weddings are a special tradition that should be celebrated, and we want you to be a part of Montgomery Living’s “Brides of 2009” issue.

1 page color: $500
* Includes a write-up of 400 words or less
* 3 color photographs from wedding day
* Additional images can be submitted for cover contest

2 pages color: $800
* Includes a write-up of 400 words or less
* Up to 8 color photographs from wedding day
* Additional images can be submitted for cover contest

SUBMISSION DETAILS
1. Fax completed forms to 334-386-3813 or e-mail information to editor@montgomeryliving.com. We use the information on the forms to write your wedding story. You can also send information in paragraph form. You will have the opportunity to review your story before it goes into the final layout, and you’ll have final approval of the story in layout with photographs before the magazine is printed.

2. Photos must be submitted by your photographer on a disk in JPEG format at 300dpi (dots per inch) or e-mailed directly to editor@montgomeryliving.com.
3. Scanned photographs may be submitted but will be used at Montgomery Living’s discretion dependent on reproduction quality.
4. Please ask your photographer to crop your photos if needed before submitting.

RESERVATION DEADLINE: November 15, 2009 A deposit of $250 is due upon reservation of your space.

MATERIALS DEADLINE: Both the completed form and photographs are due on November 30. Please contact your photographer with a requested shot list in advance of this deadline. Special deadlines for November and December weddings are available. Contact us for more information.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: Payment in full is required before publication. Final payments should be submitted with by the form and photograph deadline. Participating couples will receive ten copies of Montgomery Living’s February issue. Best of all, everyone reserving a page in the Weddings issue is considered for the cover, at no extra charge.
