is one of our favorite flavors of the South. The River Region is blessed with a bevy of barbeque joints.
There are mom and pop places and famous national chains. From the pulled pork to the
potato salad, the options to eat your fill of all things cue are endless.

A few local celebs helped judge participating restaurants, and their results, along with those from
our reader survey, are featured in the “Best of” issue in August.
